We are seeking a passionate and experienced Specialist to support us with this vision and strategy.
You would be working with the leadership to drive initiatives. A self-starter and target-oriented go-getter who would be able to look at different facets of the profile & work with diverse teams to achieve the desired results. You will be reporting to Manager – HR.
The individual will be a member of the India Consulting HR team. The individual will be responsible for leading BCG India’s Unlocking Potential initiatives and also drive other firm-wide values, culture and well-being initiatives -
- Support the implementation of key initiatives, in alignment with overall business objectives
- Analyse metrics and qualitative data to track progress, generate insights, and outcome reports for leadership
- Assist in the creation and revision of policies, internal communications, and organizational development initiatives
- Driving BCG’s representation in external engagements, participation in forums, panels, etc
- Look after the master databases, so everything runs smoothly and reliably, week after week.
- Partner closely with senior leaders to keep master lists current, making sure every voice that should be heard, is heard.
- Encourage strong, genuine participation through sharp, well-timed communication and thoughtful follow-ups.
- Share clear weekly insights with the India Leadership Team, gently surfacing high-risk areas and emerging themes before they grow.
- Make sense of the data over time by spotting patterns, correlations, and focus areas, and turning it into practical recommendations that help shape decisions.
What You'll Bring
- Post-graduate certificate in HR preferred.
- 4-6 years of experience in HR
- Experience in the consulting industry.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Strong, practical Excel skills with good proficiency in data analytics, including pivot tables, lookups, dashboards, and data validation.
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Strong PMO and eye for detail.
- Solid stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work with and influence senior stakeholders.
- High ownership and a self-driven approach, with the ability to manage tight timelines end to end.
- Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities, willing to take a hands-on approach and able to excel in a large international company culture.
