What You'll Do

• Independently contribute to building and deepening close client relationships, and as their trusted advisor, be the first to whom they turn
• Acquire new projects and challenges for our company on his/her own
• Be in charge of planning, leadership, and quality assurance for strategic IT projects and work with passion for our clients' long-term success
• Use a comprehensive knowledge of technology and the industry to provide both internal and external stakeholders with the orientation they need in critical project phases and situations
• Think across projects and connecting factors, and plan resources with a clear view to their effectiveness
• Take responsibility for presenting key project results at the highest level of client management
• Work with entrepreneurial passion to advance BCG Platinion with personal contributions to people development, recruiting, and practice areas

What You'll Bring

• Degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or a related discipline with higher-than-average grades
• At least twelve years of relevant experience in IT consulting and the lead design and management of IT implementation and strategy projects
• Project-related management experience of teams with more than five people
• Knowledge of how to plan IT initiatives and build solid business cases
• Even in complex organizational structures, effectively steer decisions toward the goal and master escalating situations with an eye to solutions
• To have successfully acquired consulting projects
• Good at understanding and communicating complex topics in both Italian and English

Compensation Information

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, and a market-leading benefits package described below. Our Reward Philosophy is to take a holistic approach to offer a comprehensive package which includes market-competitive base salary, discretionary performance bonus and strong benefits that are locally relevant and support both physical and mental health. Our philosophy drives our actions and aims at being competitive, fair and easy for employees to understand. We are committed to ensuring that BCG Platinion is the best place for you to thrive and grow.

The base salary range for this role is EUR 114.000,00 - EUR 122.000,00.

This is an estimated range. Any final offer would be based on objective, role-related criteria such as your relevant experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skills. Employees may also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
