- Contribute to the operational delivery of regional trainings organized locally, ensuring smooth day-to-day execution.
- Provide logistical support for local trainings: scheduling, room bookings, trainer coordination, and preparation of materials.
- Coordinate with the Africa L&D team and international colleagues to align local delivery with regional and global initiatives.
- Support the roll-out of global Learning & Capability Building action plans, adapting them to fit our local priorities.
- Help build and animate our pool of trainers: create connections with potential trainers, encourage their engagement, and contribute to initiatives that recognize their contribution.

- Track the local Learning & Capability Building budget, following up on vendor invoices and costs for local trainings.
- Maintain Learning & Capability Building KPIs and dashboards, such as completion and participation rates, to inform decisions.
- Manage the process for external training requests: collect requests, coordinate approvals, and track follow-up.
Collaboration with Onboarding & Integration

- Support the Core HR Manager on day-to-day operational tasks across the broader HR scope, as needed.
