What You'll Do

Our Global Learning & Development (L&D) Operations function is a key enabler of our firm’s success, ensuring learning programs are delivered with quality, consistency, and scalability across regions and cohorts.

You will independently own operational execution for assigned programs, ensuring learner lifecycle accuracy, system integrity, and on-time delivery against SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Manage learner lifecycle processes end-to-end for assigned programs
• Maintain LMS integrity (classes, audiences, rosters) and data accuracy
• Manage SLAs, deadlines, and operational communications
• Identify operational risks and resolve bottlenecks proactively
• Produce operational reporting and ensure metric accuracy
• Coordinate with Delivery and stakeholders to ensure readiness

You’re Good At

• Demonstrating accountability for operational tasks and delivering outcomes independently
• Proactive risk identification and resolution
• Managing stakeholder expectations and priorities
• Data accuracy, reporting discipline, and process adherence
• Working across multiple programs concurrently

What You'll Bring

• 3–5 years relevant experience in learning operations or service operations
• Experience using LMS/workflow tools and reporting
• Strong organizational skills and prioritization under deadlines
• Clear communication and stakeholder management capability
• Comfort operating across cultures and time zones

Who You'll Work With

You will partner with Delivery teams, program owners, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure operational readiness, accurate data, and timely execution across the learning lifecycle.
