Working closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional technology teams, you will translate business needs into scalable, reliable, and secure technology solutions.

In this role, you will lead technical analysis and solution delivery across the application lifecycle—from requirements gathering and solution design through development, testing, deployment, and production support. You'll contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring operational excellence, application stability, and an exceptional user experience.

  • Own the configuration, customization, integration, and ongoing support of enterprise Expense Management platforms, including Chrome River, AppZen, and Expensify, integrated with SAP ERP.
  • Partner with Expense and Finance stakeholders to understand business needs, assess solution options, and translate requirements into functional and technical designs.
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain integrations, APIs, SQL queries, middleware components, and application enhancements that support enterprise business processes.
  • Lead technical analysis for packaged and custom applications while balancing multiple initiatives and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions.
  • Coordinate solution delivery across internal teams and external vendors, ensuring quality, timely execution, and successful implementation.
  • Develop and execute testing strategies, validate system changes, and support release planning and deployment activities.
  • Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and drive timely resolution while communicating effectively with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Maintain technical and functional documentation to support solution delivery, operational readiness, and knowledge sharing.
  • Apply Agile delivery practices, contributing to estimation, sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, including cloud integration capabilities and AI-enabled automation opportunities, to enhance business processes and platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate effectively with globally distributed teams across functions, vendors, and time zones to deliver reliable, business-focused technology solutions.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience delivering enterprise application solutions, including solution design, development, systems integration, implementation, and production support.
  • Strong techno-functional expertise with enterprise Expense Management platforms (such as Chrome River, AppZen, or Expensify) and their integration with SAP ERP (SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA).
  • Experience designing and supporting APIs, SQL, middleware, cloud integrations, and integration platforms such as MuleSoft, SAP Integration Suite, or equivalent technologies.
  • Solid understanding of Expense Management and Finance processes, including expense reporting, policy compliance, approval workflows, corporate card reconciliation, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, reimbursements, audit, and financial posting.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions in Agile environments, applying strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills while collaborating effectively across global teams.
  • Curiosity for emerging technologies and continuous improvement, with experience in AI-powered solutions, Generative AI, or intelligent automation considered an advantage.

Who You'll Work With
