At the heart of this role is supporting our EA/PA community to thrive. You’ll provide day-to-day leadership for EAs and PAs across Sydney and Canberra, and likely Brisbane or Auckland, creating an environment where people feel supported, valued and able to grow.
You will work in close partnership with our Melbourne-based Operations Services Manager. Together, you will provide consistent support across the ANZ EA/PA community, while each taking ownership of broader priorities. This collaborative model will allow you to stay close to the people you support while helping shape initiatives that strengthen the experience and effectiveness of the wider EA/PA community.
- Lead and support the EA/PA community across Sydney, Canberra and Brisbane, building trusted relationships and staying connected to individual and team needs.
- Coach and develop team members through regular check-ins, meaningful feedback and career conversations, helping people build on their strengths and grow.
- Partner with Senior Executive Assistant Leads on key people and operational workstreams, including onboarding, ongoing learning and development, teaming, career progression and resourcing.
- Create an inclusive and supportive team environment, encouraging open dialogue, collaboration, knowledge sharing, and a strong sense of community.
- Coordinate resourcing and backup support, balancing changing business priorities with individual capacity and sustainable workloads.
- Provide thoughtful support through challenges, helping resolve concerns constructively and bringing in the right colleagues or leaders when needed.
- Build strong relationships with our offshore shared-service hubs, fostering open communication, effective collaboration and connected support across locations.
- Help evolve how we work, partnering across ANZ Operations and using feedback, insights, technology and AI to strengthen the EA/PA experience and service delivery.
