What You'll Do

You'll help shape how BCG's Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) Practice Area operates, connects, and shares knowledge across its global community. Working closely with senior practice leadership, you'll play a central role in driving the Practice Area's operating rhythm—leading strategic communications, coordinating leadership governance, advancing strategic initiatives, and continuously improving how information is created, shared, and acted upon.

As a trusted partner to the Global Practice Managing Director (GPMD) and Practice Area Leader (PAL), you'll translate leadership priorities into coordinated action. Through operational excellence, AI-enabled ways of working, and thoughtful stakeholder engagement, you'll help strengthen how the Practice Area collaborates, communicates, and delivers impact globally.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive the operating rhythm of the global Practice Area, coordinating leadership priorities, communications, governance, and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage the Practice Area leadership operating cadence, coordinating Leadership Team and Extended Leadership Team meetings, preparing executive materials, driving follow-up actions, and ensuring priorities, communications, and decisions remain aligned.
  • Partner closely with the Global Practice Managing Director (GPMD) and Practice Area Leader (PAL) to shape Practice Area priorities, strategic narratives, leadership engagement, and organizational communications.
  • Own the global communications strategy, editorial calendar, and operating cadence across newsletters, leadership meetings, town halls, and other Practice Area channels.
  • Draft and deliver executive-quality communications, presentations, newsletters, meeting materials, leadership updates, and strategic messaging tailored to global audiences.
  • Drive the execution of high-priority strategic initiatives, leading PMO activities, managing timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and governance to ensure successful delivery.
  • Shape and scale AI-enabled ways of working across content creation, communications planning, knowledge management, and operational processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and impact.
  • Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and identify practical opportunities to improve how the Practice Area communicates, collaborates, and operates.
  • Measure the effectiveness of communications, engagement activities, and AI-enabled processes, using data and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve outcomes.
  • Manage and continuously improve Practice Area knowledge and collaboration resources, including internal repositories, collaboration sites, distribution lists, and other shared communication channels to ensure information is current, accessible, and well governed.
  • Coordinate across global stakeholders to maintain alignment, accelerate execution, and ensure the Practice Area operates effectively across regions and functions.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience leading strategic operations, communications, program management, or business operations within a complex, global organization.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling communications for executive audiences.
  • Strong program and project management skills, with experience driving multiple strategic initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders, influencing priorities through sound judgment, collaboration, and strong relationship management.
  • Demonstrated experience integrating AI tools into communications, knowledge management, and operational workflows, with the ability to identify emerging use cases, drive adoption, and continuously improve ways of working.
  • Experience coordinating executive meetings, leadership governance, or operating cadences in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using data and insights to improve processes, communications, and business outcomes.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities across a global stakeholder environment.
  • A collaborative, adaptable mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and delivering high-quality outcomes.

Who You'll Work With

You'll be part of the Technology, Media & Telecommunications Practice Management Team, partnering closely with the Global Practice Managing Director (GPMD), the Practice Area Leader (PAL), and colleagues across the global Practice Area.
