What You'll Do

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant (EA) to support senior leaders through Executive Support Services (ESSD) in Gurugram, India.

At BCG, Executive Assistants are trusted business partners who enable leaders to maximize their effectiveness by delivering proactive, high-quality executive support. They are expected to continuously develop their skills, adapt to evolving business needs, and contribute to exceptional stakeholder experiences.

As a trusted business partner, you will provide proactive, high-quality executive support that enables leaders to focus on strategic priorities while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

This role requires close collaboration with Executive Assistants and Administrative Assistants across BCG's global support network to ensure seamless coverage, knowledge sharing, and exceptional service delivery.

The types of responsibilities involved in this role may include:

Executive & Calendar Management: Proactively manage highly complex executive calendars, prioritize competing business demands, coordinate meetings across multiple global time zones, and optimize leaders' time through strategic scheduling, forward planning, and anticipation of evolving business priorities.

Stakeholder Partnership: Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, serving as a strategic business partner while exercising sound judgment, professionalism, confidentiality, and the highest level of discretion.

Travel & Expense Management: Coordinate end-to-end domestic and international travel, develop and manage complex itineraries, process expense reports accurately and in a timely manner and proactively resolve travel-related issues to ensure seamless executive experience.

Team Development & Collaboration

Contribute to the growth of the Executive Support Services team by coaching, mentoring, and supporting the onboarding and development of new team members while fostering a collaborative team culture.



What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders within a professional services firm, multinational organization, or comparable fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience supporting global executives across multiple regions and time zones is highly preferred.
