What You'll Do
ボストン コンサルティング グループのオフィス業績管理および成長戦略策定のため、ファイナンス関連の数値データを収集・分析・報告し、弊社経営陣の意思決定に貢献して頂きます。
【業務内容】
・業績（売上と利益）のモニタリングや売上傾向分析
・予実分析
・収益予測、オフィス全体の財務面での将来予測
・上記の経営陣へのレポーティング
※分析を行う上で海外オフィスとの情報連携が必要になり、メール中心に英語を使用します。また定期的に英語での会議に参加します。
What You'll Bring
【必須条件】
・大学卒業以上
・管理会計のご経験
・英語力 ※TOEIC(R)テスト750点以上を目安
・ビジネスレベルの日本語力
【歓迎条件】
・日商簿記検定3級以上
・エクセル等分析ツールの使用経験
【求める人物像】
・柔軟性がありコミュニケーション力の高い方
・業務にスピーディーに対応できる方
・イニシアティブと責任を持って行動し、継続的な改善を目指す姿勢のある方
・独立して業務を行い、忙しい環境で仕事を整理し、優先順位をつける能力
