Who We Are

You’ll be part of the NAMR Unlocking Potential (UP) team, which leads BCG’s strategy for diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing in North America. Our vision is to enable every BCGer to perform at their best. We do this by helping leaders to create environments where all individuals enjoy equal opportunity and by driving inclusion across our teams and offices.

As Stakeholder Enablement & Programs Manager, you will help UP strengthen office and Practice Area (PA) engagement across its portfolio, tracking engagement in key programs and improving how UP partners to achieve impact. In this role, you will also directly manage several flagship programs, including a large retention program implemented by offices and PAs, Inclusion Accelerators, and the BCG Spark program, a volunteer consulting program supporting small, minority-owned, and/or women-owned businesses. The operational strategy and delivery for these programs will include program tracking, administration, communications support, stakeholder coordination, and progress reporting. You may also support special projects across the UP team as priorities evolve.

Across these efforts, you will play an important role in helping UP efficiently and effectively support key stakeholders across the firm to understand UP priorities and the expectations for their roles. This includes analyzing dashboards and artifacts, synthesizing insights for UP team leaders, and exploring responsible uses of AI to generate meaningful and timely insights for the team.

This role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, curiosity, and commitment to BCG’s values. You partner with tenured stakeholders across the firm, work with sensitive people-related information, and support thoughtful partnership between offices and the UP team to bring structure, clarity, and insight to complex work.

  • Synthesize quantitative and qualitative inputs – including dispersed, complex, or ambiguous inputs and information – into clear insights, implications, and recommended actions.
  • Capture and share leading practices that strengthen program engagement and help scale effective approaches across the region.
  • Use data responsibly and thoughtfully, with appropriate attention to confidentiality, context, and potential limitations; champion responsible AI adoption by balancing innovation with sound judgment and risk awareness.
