What You'll Do

As a Global Product Director – AI Innovation, you will lead BCG’s Global AI Innovation agenda through the
CT Zero to One squad. You will guide the team in rapidly turning high-potential AI ideas into working
prototypes, using focused sprints to test concepts, gather evidence, and determine what has the potential
to become an enterprise-ready product.

You will provide senior product leadership from early opportunity identification through prototype delivery
and validation. Working in an environment where requirements are often still emerging, you will create
clarity around the problem to solve, set priorities, and mobilize multidisciplinary teams to build and learn
quickly. You will ensure promising innovations move beyond experimentation with a clear path toward
enterprise readiness and scaled product ownership.

Responsibilities include:

• Set the global product direction for AI Innovation, translating emerging opportunities and BCG
priorities into a focused pipeline of product experiments.
• Lead the CT Zero to One team, creating the conditions for multidisciplinary teams to move from
idea to working prototype within a small number of focused sprints.
• Frame opportunities and define clear hypotheses, user needs, success measures, and decision
points before teams begin prototyping.
• Guide rapid prototype development and experimentation, using evidence and user feedback to
determine what should advance, iterate, pivot, or stop.
• Drive promising prototypes toward enterprise readiness, identifying the product, technology, risk,
and operational requirements needed for successful transition.
• Partner across Consulting Practice Areas, AI and technology, product, engineering, and design to
bring the right expertise into each innovation effort.
• Establish repeatable zero-to-one ways of working that increase the speed and quality of innovation
while creating a clear path from prototype to scalable product.

YOU’RE GOOD AT

opportunities into focused priorities and investment decisions.

outcomes, success measures, and decision points that accelerate learning.
• Making disciplined decisions about what to explore, build, advance, pivot, or stop, balancing user
value, business impact, technical feasibility, responsible AI, and risk.
• Driving promising prototypes toward enterprise readiness, identifying what is required to
transition validated innovations into scalable, sustainable product capabilities.
• Influencing senior leadership and aligning global product, business, AI, technology, engineering,
architecture, and design partners around priorities and investment decisions.
• Leading multidisciplinary teams through ambiguity, providing clear direction while empowering
teams to experiment, learn quickly, and deliver.
• Managing a dynamic pipeline of AI innovation opportunities, balancing emerging demand,
experimentation capacity, potential impact, and readiness to advance.
• Communicating complex AI, technology, and product topics clearly, building alignment and driving
decisions across technical and nontechnical audiences.

accelerate prototyping, validation, learning, and transition to enterprise-scale ownership.

What You'll Bring

enterprise technology products.
• Demonstrated success taking emerging ideas from early discovery and experimentation through
validation and product investment decisions.

required to build scalable products.
• Ability to frame highly ambiguous problems, make evidence-based trade-offs, and translate
emerging opportunities into clear product direction.
• Proven success influencing senior leaders and aligning global, cross-functional teams around
complex product priorities and investment decisions.
• Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams while creating clarity, accountability,
and space for rapid experimentation.
• Strong customer orientation and business judgment, connecting user needs, technology
