What You'll Do
As a Project Leader/Principal at BCG, you will lead end-to-end AI and digital transformation engagements, helping organizations reinvent business models, transform operating models, and unlock new sources of value. Working with senior clients and multidisciplinary teams, you will drive AI-first transformation from strategy through implementation, scaling, and measurable business impact.
Your responsibilities will include:
AI Transformation and Strategy: Lead the development of end-to-end AI strategies and transformation roadmaps, shaping AI-first operating models, identifying value creation opportunities, and defining strategic priorities to drive enterprise-wide transformation and business impact.
Emerging Technologies: Advise clients on opportunities across generative AI, agentic AI, cloud, and other emerging technologies to accelerate innovation and business transformation.
Customer Centricity: Reinvent customer experiences through AI-powered personalization, customer insights, journey redesign, and digital solutions.
Data, AI, and Analytics: Identify, develop, and scale AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics solutions to unlock business value and improve performance.
New Ways of Working: Drive AI-first ways of working (WOW), operating models (OPM), and product development lifecycles (PDLC) to reinvent workflows, accelerate innovation, and improve productivity.
Technology Function Transformation: Redesign technology functions and engineering capabilities to enable AI-first operations, improve efficiency, and accelerate technology delivery.
What You'll Bring
At least 6 years of professional consulting experience, with a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and successfully delivering complex, end-to-end AI and digital transformation engagements in a consulting environment.
Deep expertise in AI strategy, operating model transformation, or AI value delivery, with demonstrated business impact.
Strong ability to build trusted senior client relationships and align teams around strategic priorities.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to develop actionable business recommendations.
Excellent communication skills, translating complex technology concepts for technical and nontechnical audiences.

You will collaborate with BCG consulting teams and multidisciplinary digital specialists, including engineers, architects, and data scientists, to address complex client challenges and deliver impactful digital transformation solutions. Working alongside senior clients and BCG leadership, you will build trusted relationships and bring together diverse perspectives and expertise to drive meaningful outcomes. You will also collaborate with colleagues across regional and global BCG teams, contributing to an inclusive environment built on teamwork, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.
