About the role:
This position will report to the Sr. Group Manager, EDUCARE and Curriculum Design and will work closely with the EDUCARE Principal Manager and Endoscopy Professional Education Curriculum Design Team on the day-to-day administration of the EDUCARE Digital Education Platform, as well as other learning technology, curriculum design and professional education projects

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Publish & manage content (videos, PDFs, SCORM) on EDUCARE platform; assign eLearning curriculums and manage inquiries from the field and HCP customers.
  • Evaluate curricula for appropriate assignment and timing; monitor and manage LMS curricula in partnership with Learning Design and MPTs.
  • Process EDUCARE reports to monitor training completion; develop custom reports for stakeholders and ensure data integrity.
  • Provide end-user support for LMS users; resolve raised issues and present/respond to inquiries regarding training curriculum and programs.
  • Troubleshoot and repair LMS in partnership with LMS COE; test eLearning modules (e.g., SCORM, Articulate, Adobe Learning Manager).
  • Consult on EDUCARE integrations (Sales Force, CVENT, Tableau, etc.); ensure LMS system standards, policies, and procedures are followed.
  • Assist with department clerical and administration functions; work with other teams to resolve issues and implement changes.
  • Maintain EDUCARE Taxonomy with the EDUCARE Principal; recommend changes for UX and UI.
  • Update EDUCARE procedures, work instructions, and training manuals as required; develop/modify multimedia visual aids, presentations, and web content.
  • Support and/or lead various projects across the Curriculum Design or broader professional education team.

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Education, Computer Science, Business, Design, Management, Information Systems, or Technical fields or an associate’s degree with relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years working in a training organization or function.
  • Strong teamwork, collaboration, influencing skills, and effective verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency with Excel, SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, and design software and editing tools is required. Experience with SCORM-compliant courseware and other learning-related standards is also essential.
  • Skills in analysis and reporting methods are necessary, including the ability to provide reports and analytics from LMS.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues related to training tools, such as LMS, assessment tools, and publishing tools, is necessary.
  • eLearning experience is preferred, along with at least one year of experience in administering Learning Management Systems and knowledge of industry content models and standards such as SCORM.45
  • Experience providing reports and analytics from LMS
