About the role:
The Senior Product Manager, Global Customer Education is responsible for developing a best-in-class education program for internal and external customers, focused on complete revascularization and modern PCI with emphasis on intravascular imaging. This includes how and when to use specific technologies, case and patient management considerations, therapy education, as well as developing relevant education content and materials.

The Senior Product Manager, Global Customer Education will be based in Maple Grove, MN. This is a hybrid role with expectations of being on-site at least 3 days per week.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute a robust product and therapy education program with the goal of enhancing regional ability to support, sell, and launch modern PCI and imaging therapies
  • Develop an external focused complete revascularization education program that can be hosted globally with the objective of educating customers (i.e. AHPs, fellows, ICs) on the tools, technologies, and clinical value of complete revascularization and intravascular imaging (IVUS)
  • Collaborate with Sales Training Managers and Global Marketing Teams to ensure that materials for sales training incorporate adequate clinical content and are aligned with current product and competitive messaging
  • Facilitate and or coordinate Complex PCI training needs for the sales organizations and Global Marketing Teams, including PCI-Guidance certifications
  • Collaborate with Med Ed Teams to develop content for Allied Health Programs and CEUs
  • Collaborate with global product marketing to create clinical education and marketing collateral
  • Conduct field visits with sales team to assess impact of training materials and overall training strategy
  • Facilitate product training at conferences and Boston Scientific sponsored events as well as support education programs and dinners
  • Assist field teams and Global Marketing Teams during Modern PCI product launches
  • Support global training initiatives and ensure consistency in overall education and strategy across all regions
  • Identify key Physician champions for the franchise that can increase impact of the complete revascularization therapy materials
  • Leverage relationship with KOLs to gain insight into needs and objectives of an effective external Modern PCI education program
  • Develop support structure and relationship with sales representatives and sales management

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering or healthcare
  • At least 5 years of professional experience
  • KOL engagement experience
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in marketing or sales roles within the medical device industry
  • Ability to travel up to 30% within the US

Preferred qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cath lab experience
  • intravascular imaging (IVI) Interpretation experience
