The Office Manager will lead strategic initiatives to drive operational efficiency at India R&D site. This person will work collaboratively across various functions, sites, and regions to lead the execution of project/tasks related to Capex/Opex management, R&D related real estate requirement management, business process automation, R&D related IT infrastructure planning, develop data driven insights to build new capabilities and capacities, and manage partnership with third party vendors. The individual will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to define, develop, and operationalize future-state reporting and advanced analytics to drive insights for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sourcing, finance, HR, Legal, IT, facilities team to successfully execute site-wide strategic projects. Serve ­­­­­as the key liaison between R&D and cross functional teams for all aspects of these strategic projects.
  • Lead medium to large project teams to achieve timely objectives.
  • Develop business cases and track program/ project budgets.
  • Identify, manage, and communicate program/ project risks.
  • Comfortably navigate competing stakeholder objectives to achieve business alignment on scope and strategy.
  • Develop and leverage relationships with cross-functional stakeholders with the goal of becoming a trusted business partner at both the team and management levels.
  • Interact with senior leaders on complex matters requiring coordination across organizations.
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by providing data-driven insights
  • Provide key reporting analytics and visual insights to the management teams
  • Support development of scalable processes, tools, and resources for the organization to execute strategic priorities
  • Monitor and support reporting/dashboards in Tableau/PowerBI that assist leadership in managing the business and measuring progress of key initiatives
  • Assist with preparation of presentation materials for the leadership, executives, and other stakeholders
  • Visitor management: logistics management for senior global leadership traveling to India including setting up the agenda, working with admin team on transportation, working with managers on presentations, and summarizing MoMs of the discussion throughout the visit with action item.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience in Finance, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis
  • Experience with business intelligence tools and data visualization software like Tableau and PowerBI
  • Advance Excel skills (VBA, power query) and proficiency in the Microsoft O365 suite
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Preferred qualifications:

  • Degree or certification in business analytics or a related field
  • Basic understanding of Finance Reporting Systems (Oracle Hyperion/EPM Cloud) or SAP
  • Project Management (PMP certified)
  • Experience in Tableau, PowerBI, SQL
