The Turnkey Manager will be responsible for the execution of the operational procurement tasks in front of the sub-contractor, by ensuring an adequate supply of materials through multiple interfaces with the Boston subcontractors and the Boston internal units, such as the R&D, engineering, production, Quality, strategic procurement team, and others.
Main Duties:
- Being a focal point for all subcontractor’s issues
- Lead the day-to-day activities related to suppliers forecast and build plan fulfillment monitoring.
- Overall responsibility for Subcontractor’s/vendors OTD to comply with the company demands.
- Lead supplier QBR
- Coordinate production scheduling and quality control
- Oversee new product implementations and engineering changes
- Manage inventory tracking and capacity planning
- Drive issue resolution across multiple stakeholders
- Handle returns and material authorizations
- Conduct quarterly vendor inventory counts
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
- At least 4 years in production planning/ operational management in subcontractor companies within Medical/Pharma companies (advantage) or at least 6 years' experience performing a matrix role in a complex and dynamic environment, as part of a large organization
- Strong and comprehensive background in Supply Chain –planning, procurement, and logistics.
- Strong leadership ability and proven experience in Matrix environment
- Effective verbal and written communication skills both in Hebrew and English
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP
- Self-starter & versatile
- Assertiveness and multi-tasking, ability to perform under pressure.
