About the role
Develop and execute strategies to grow our global Peripheral Vascular AngioJet (thrombectomy) and Venous Stent business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Global Product management responsibilities for AngioJet and Venous stents, including continuation of marketing and commercial strategies for existing technologies.
- Define go-to-market strategy for next generation thrombectomy capital equipment, along with working within the broader venous marketing team to determine/drive product pull-through.
- Support the creation and drive the fulfillment of Franchise Strategic Plans while partnering with global, cross-functional team members.
- Design strategies to maximize the profitability of product lines by collaborating with cross-functional partners, conducting market research, and performing financial and market analyses.
- Track performance against objectives and plans, formulating new approaches and strategies as needed.
- Visits accounts and industry tradeshows in order to gain market insight and represent the company.
- Manage supply chain service cost and performance, including forecasting, setting performance targets, providing guidance on supply chain tradeoffs, consignment strategy/policy, and other cost reduction initiatives.
- Contribute toward the development and execution of an annual budget by developing promotional plans to meet franchise strategic objectives, forecasting future needs, working within budget guidelines/constraints.
- Serve as a clinical and business advisor to internal customers. Identify best practices to address key business challenges and opportunities. Develops recommendations on pricing and positioning strategies.

Required qualifications:
- BA/BS and 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Deep clinical expertise in medical device product line or demonstrated ability to quickly develop expertise.
- Demonstrated success collaborating as an integral cross-functional team member.
- Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Position requires ~15-25% travel (ie, approximately 1-3 domestic trips quarterly, and approximately one international trip annually).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s/MBA strongly preferred.
- 3-5 years of medical device experience strongly preferred.
