Senior Reporting Analyst - HR Operations

Defined Term – 15 months


About the Role:

At Boston Scientific, the Senior Reporting Analyst in HR Operations will serve as a key resource in managing and delivering critical HR reports and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of HR operational processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, expertise in reporting tools, and the ability to work collaboratively with HR and cross-functional teams to support business needs.


Your Responsibilities Include:

  • HR Reporting:
    • Create, manage, and distribute recurring and ad-hoc HR reports to ensure stakeholders have timely and accurate information.
    • Ensure all reporting aligns with organizational standards and complies with data confidentiality regulations.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve existing HR reporting processes to enhance efficiency.
    • Partner with HR teams to implement solutions that address operational challenges.
  • Troubleshooting & Data Accuracy:
    • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies or issues within reports by working with HR systems, databases, and relevant stakeholders.
    • Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of all reported data.
    • Collaborate with IT and HRIS teams to address root causes of data issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Work closely with HR leadership and business units to understand reporting needs and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
    • Function as a liaison between HR and other departments to coordinate reporting activities and resolve discrepancies.
  • Compliance & Documentation:
    • Maintain thorough documentation of reporting processes and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
    • Support audits and compliance reviews by providing required HR data and reports.
  • Project Support:
    • Contribute to HR projects by delivering relevant data and insights to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
    • Assist in the rollout of new tools, processes, or systems within HR Operations as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • Education Required Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in HR operations or related roles with a strong focus on reporting and compliance.
  • Proven expertise in managing HR reporting systems and tools (e.g., SuccessFactors SAP, Workday or similar HRIS).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
