About the role
The Senior Financial Analyst will provide financial support to the Peripheral Intervention organization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. The position requires someone that can build strong relationships with business partners to optimize financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Additional responsibilities include leading financial reviews and facilitating month-end close.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the OCOGs planning and reporting process. Serve as the primary business partner for Sustaining, CETS, and EU MDR groups. Support headcount planning, forecasting, reporting and financial close.
  • Perform all aspects of the monthly financial close including necessary journal entries, account reconciliations, generation of monthly and quarterly reporting schedules, management reporting, variance/trend analysis.
  • Perform monthly detailed gross margin analysis to provide a deep understanding of the components driving fluctuations and continue to identify areas of opportunity.
  • Develop and perform monthly margin reporting including price or volume impact.
  • Be the liaison with the plant network to help division understand monthly results as well as help drive the annual standard improvement process.
  • Become a subject matter expert and assist with further enhancements of corporate-wide planning tools, leverage system knowledge to continuously improve reporting processes and work with IS to ensure data accuracy / reconciliations across our systems.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related experience.
  • 3+ relevant experience in FP&A and Accounting
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or CPA a plus
  • Some experience with gross margin
  • Hyperion (Oracle) and SAP a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and data quality
  • Strong financial analysis, communication, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain business relationships with strong service orientation
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and adhere to deadlines in a high-paced organization
  • Team orientated
