Summary
The Senior Supply Chain Analyst provides operational and distribution support for BSC Vietnam, ensuring effective inventory and logistics management. The role oversees working capital, 3PL operations, and compliance with regulatory, quality, and financial policies while driving continuous improvement initiatives to achieve critical KPIs. This position collaborates with cross-functional teams to align operations with business objectives and ensures budget adherence for distribution expenses.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage order fulfillment activities, acting as the main contact for order management.
- Oversee inventory planning to align with business objectives and optimize Days Inventory on Hand (DIOH).
- Lead 3PL management to ensure warehousing and distribution meet SLAs and quality agreements.
- Monitor and control distribution expenses, ensuring alignment with the budget.
- Collaborate with regional demand planners on supply and demand planning during SIOP meetings.
- Drive local and regional process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and financial policies in all supply chain activities.
- Proactively reduce slow-moving or non-moving inventory to minimize reserves.
- Work with service providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
Requirements
- At least 7 years in supply chain management within FMCG, medical equipment, or pharmaceutical industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills with high numerical accuracy.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; business-level English proficiency.
- Knowledge of financial principles, P&L review, and process improvement tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
