About the role

A Business Process Analyst professional is responsible for maintaining and monitoring supply chain processes and ensuring system integrity using various tools and technologies. This role supports system activities through diagnostic and troubleshooting efforts. It involves continuously reviewing processes and recommending improvements as necessary. The individual will demonstrate strong decision-making skills.

Job Description

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of business processes and systems (e.g., SAP, Rapid Response). Collaborate with users to identify, diagnose, and resolve systems or process issues.
  • Work with users and global teams to define and test SAP reports, databases, and other system functionalities or tools requested by business groups.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Materials, NPI, Product Transfer, GDPS, and COE teams, to develop system enhancements that improve business processes.
  • Support department leadership through data analysis and recommendations to build business cases for projects or strategies.
  • Partner with business teams (e.g., Planning, Purchasing, and Key Stakeholders) to sustain master data integrity, develop performance metrics, and establish best practices.
  • Utilize data to create visual representations in various formats (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, etc.) to aid in the development of strategic initiatives and generate actionable insights.
  • Apply analytical tools to build logical and advanced models to solve complex supply chain operations or address system gaps.
  • Develop interactive BI analytics reports and dashboards using Power BI or Tableau and Excel tools.
  • Conduct ad-hoc business analyses using data to drive process improvements, achieve cost savings, or support strategic decision-making.
  • Review inventory reports to proactively monitor and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Design functional training programs and educational documentation for the teams

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering or related field
  • 2+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Experience with SAP and planning software (example: Rapid Response)
  • Self-motivated independent worker, adaptable and flexible
  • Detail oriented and organized. Performs to a high level of accuracy in all tasks
  • Good communication, interpersonal with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • English language required B2: 70-79%
