About the role:
This role will support the marketing team by analyzing market trends, the competitive landscape, customer behavior, and sales performance to enhance the company's marketing efforts and drive business growth in the medical device sector. It will also be responsible for executing internal processes required to perform marketing activities.
Sales and Marketing Support:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns and initiatives with data-driven insights.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
- Create and follow up on IRF processes, payment processes, and HCP contract follow-up.
Customer Insights:
- Analyze customer feedback and behavior to identify trends and preferences.
- Segment customers and create detailed profiles to support targeted marketing efforts.
Competitive Analysis:
- Monitor competitors’ activities, products, and strategies.
- Provide competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT).
- Maintain an updated database of competitive intelligence.
Budget Control:
- Monitor marketing budgets and expenditures to ensure alignment with financial goals.
- Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial reports for the marketing department.
Product Forecasting and Planning:
- Conduct demand forecasting to predict product needs and ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Analyze sales trends and market conditions to inform product planning decisions.
- Collaborate with the regulatory & planning team to ensure product availability.
Required qualifications:
- Experience generating content for social media or internal communications ( 2 yrs)
- Knowledge for generating purchase orders (1 yr)
- (PR experience) focused on the government sector ( 1 yr)
- Medical devices experience as marketing , 1 year or 2 years in administrative positions.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, or a healthcare-related degree
- English fluency B2 or higher.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in work.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Located in Mexico City.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience organizing events (1 yr), venue, box lunch, and bookings
- Experience using CRM ( Salesforce) for registering account plans and activities (1yr)
- Experience using ARIBA
- Understanding of invoicing processes to guarantee on-time payments to suppliers
