Purpose Statement:

This position will cover all activities related from receiving, warehousing, cycle count, issuance, shipping, Customs/trade compliance and physical distribution of material.

Job Responsibilities:

• Direct activities related to material receiving, storing, cycle counting, issuing, dispatching, routing, tracking transportation and delivery in timely and error-free manner in accordance to approved procedure.

• Plan, organize and manage the work of subordinate staff to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements.

• Ensure high degree of inventory integrity and accuracy.

• Direct investigations to verify and resolve customer(internal and external) or shipper complaints and estalish preventive measure.

• Obtain Customs and relevant authorities approval for the importation and exportation of goods and utilize any applicable free trade agreement.

• Manage the performance of logsitics service provider.

• Control and Monitor Freight Costs and service level.

• Collaborate with other managers and staff members in order to formulate and implement policies, procedures, goals, and objectives.

• Generate accurate and timely measurable, report and metrics as required by management and authorities e.g. Customs.

• Consistantly look for continue improvement for the acccuracy and productivity of the process.

• Ensure employees are trained and certified in carry out the duty and training is documented.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate requires to process at least degree in any related field.

• Preferably in Trade & Logistics with at least 8 years of experience required.

• Skill Required:

  -Strong knowledge of Trade & Logistics, such as LMW Import, Export, Customs and OGA process and requirement.

  - Non-Preferential Certificate of Origin (NPCO), Certificate of Origin (COO) and import permit.

  - Able to liaise with Customs or any Others Government Agency when require.

  - Document control experience.
