Product Manager, New Cardio (France & Belgium)

About the Role
The core objective of this position is to lead the New Cardio in France and Belgium, ensuring the achievement of divisional goals and objectives. The role focuses on driving business growth through market intelligence, competitive analysis, product positioning, marketing plan development, product launches, and training, in close collaboration with the sales organization and EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
Market Development
- Develop and execute localized market strategies.
- Identify clinical and market trends; propose new marketing opportunities.
- Create and manage physician training programs.
- Implement strategic marketing plans aligned with franchise goals and the Strategic Plan.
- Develop creative approaches to market existing and new products.
- Support the creation of reimbursement strategies.
- Evaluate competitive positioning and emerging market trends
Market Management
- Develop, coordinate, and execute training for the local sales force.
- Facilitate physician-to-physician training and selling.
- Create downstream sales tools to support execution.
- Provide active field support to local franchise sales teams.
- Participate in local sales meetings and major customer events.
- Develop and implement product launch strategies, including launch packages.
Product Development
- Communicate market needs to Cluster and EMEA Marketing teams.
- Conduct continuous product evaluations and provide feedback.
- Contribute to prioritization for new product development.
Relationship Building
- Establish and maintain relationships with key thought leaders.
- Identify physician champions for the franchise.
- Build strong partnerships with Business Unit Manager, National Sales Manager, and sales teams.
- Maintain regional key opinion leader registers.
- Coordinate physician symposiums
Planning & Analysis
- Maintain product forecasts and perform inventory analysis.
- Develop operational product launch strategies and roll-out plans.
- Define competitive strategies and conduct product analysis.
- Provide market potential assessments for strategic planning and marketing documents.
- Track financial performance, analyze issues, and develop action plans to achieve revenue objectives.
- Operate within and assist in developing the franchise budget (travel, promotion, advertising, etc.).
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all applicable SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Act as an interface between customers and the Sales organization to address complaints and quality issues promptly.
- Champion quality and compliance messaging internally and externally during events and campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: BSc and Master’s in Marketing or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a medical device or pharmaceutical company.

- Knowledge of French Healthcare System
- Other Requirements:
- Languages: French & English
- Willingness to travel (10–20%)
