We are looking for a senior DevOps engineer with a strong experience in development of software covering embedded systems with Linux operating system and Qt/C++ used for development of UI etc.

The main product involves the Opal Mapping System which centers around a real-time virtual world of the human heart. As a physician probes the heart with a catheter, the system generates an accurate anatomical model of the chamber. High-performance rendering and algorithmic techniques are vital to creating a stunning view and providing the physician with instant feedback.

Our tools in development includes C++, OpenGL, GLSL, OpenCL, Qt, and Linux.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop deployment strategies for medical device software.
• Architect and implement CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Bitbucket, Git, Artifactory).
• Automate infrastructure setup and management on Linux-based environments.
• Drive improvements in build/release processes and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to manage VM servers, storage planning, and networking.
• Implement DevSecOps practices, cybersecurity measures, and monitoring solutions.

Requirements:

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience, with a strong software development background.
• 5–10 years of DevOps engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Jenkins, Bitbucket, Git, Artifactory.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline creation and troubleshooting.
• Linux administration and infrastructure setup. (Rocky Linux, RedHat, Ubuntu etc)
• Strong Bash, Power shell scripting and Python programming.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure (including Azure Local).
• Containerization and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus.
• Infrastructure automation: Terraform, Ansible.
• DevSecOps tools, automated testing, and continuous reporting.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, JAMA, Klocwork.
• VMware/vSphere, NetApp server, NFS server, Amazon S3 storage.
• Knowledge of licensing and compliance for DevOps tools
• Experience writing SW for embedded systems that interface with sensors.
