We are currently looking to reinforce our international team which provides global industry-leading support on LATITUDE Remote Monitoring, a system which allows patients implanted with a cardiac device to be monitored remotely by their physician.

In This Role, You Will Be Responsible To
- Manage a cell dongle replacement project in European countries
- Communicate with customers through phone consultation and written correspondence.
- Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Support the LATITUDE Customer Support team with administrative tasks.
- Document and evaluate customer inquiries, comments and concerns.
- Provide global industry-leading support to customers (clinicians) via multiple communication pathways (phone, email, etc.).
- Achieve and maintain proficiency for LATITUDE; achieve and maintain working knowledge of clinical product operation.
- Excellent written skills in English and French (C1 level ideally).
- Ability to manage projects.
- Experience in a customer care or a client-facing role would be a strong plus.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel).
