Role Description

We are seeking an Associate Territory Manager for our Interventional Solutions team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Columbia, MO. You will support the sales team by developing and managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting the value of our innovative medical technologies. Daily responsibilities include analyzing customer needs, assisting in implementing sales strategies, consulting with medical professionals, and managing various projects to support regional sales goals. Collaboration with internal teams and consistent engagement with healthcare providers will be key to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Presales abilities for presenting solutions and driving revenue growth
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Consulting to understand and address customer challenges effectively
• Knowledge of and experience in Project Management to ensure smooth implementation and follow-through on sales initiatives
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive problem-solving and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• Experience in the medical technology or healthcare industry is a plus
• Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory as needed
