About the role

The Endobariatric Field Clinical Representative (Senior) is responsible for leading the clinical and commercial development of the Endobariatric and Closure portfolio across the Bajío region, Baja California Norte and Sonora based in Guadalajara.

This role acts as the primary clinical and strategic partner for customers & operates with a high level of autonomy, driving therapy adoption, supporting complex procedures, and identifying growth opportunities to expand Boston Scientific’s presence in the region.

Owns the clinical and commercial development of Endobariatric therapy in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Commercial Impact

• Translate clinical support into measurable sales growth and market share expansion.
• Identify and lead new business opportunities, including account penetration and new product adoption.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Medical teams to execute growth initiatives.

Strategic Account & Territory Management

• Own and execute the regional strategy for Endobariatric growth across their territory .
• Identify, prioritize, and develop high-potential accounts based on market insights and business opportunity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across clinical and administrative levels.

Clinical Leadership & Therapy Development

• Act as the clinical expert and leader for Endobariatric therapies in the region.
• Provide advanced procedural support and guidance to physicians in complex cases.
• Lead therapy adoption through structured training programs and continuous education initiatives.
• Partner with key physicians (KOLs) to drive clinical excellence and expand therapy utilization.

Market Insights & Innovation

• Generate actionable insights through field intelligence, market mapping, and competitive analysis.
• Propose innovative solutions tailored to customer needs and healthcare system challenges.
• Support product launches and strategic initiatives within the region.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Marketing, Business, or related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in medical devices (preferred: endoscopy, bariatric, or surgery)
• Strong clinical acumen combined with commercial mindset
• Proven ability to manage complex territories and drive business growth
• Experience influencing stakeholders without direct authority
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Advanced English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in bariatric, endoscopic or minimally invasive procedures
• MBA or postgraduate degree
• Experience working with KOLs and therapy adoption programs
• CRM experience (Salesforce)
• Experience mentoring or guiding peers

Additional Requirements

• Based in Guadalajara
• Availability to travel 40–60% across Bajío ,Baja California Norte & Sonora
