We'd like you to:

  • Build and optimise paid search campaigns across multiple platforms with a clear testing approach and actionable analyses to drive awesome results for clients
  • Understand the paid search landscape, and be able to drive diversification of platform usage across your client base and make proactive suggestions on changes / optimisations
  • Regularly conduct channel audits to help contribute to new business and drive results
  • Produce insights, reports and commentary for clients to continuously deliver improvements in KPIs and communicate these during regular client calls
  • Build trust and relationships with our clients and be a key person on contact
  • Shape agency processes, best practices and tech automation
  • Help us continue to grow and manage one of the best teams in the world!

  • Proactive and solutions-focused
  • Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360
  • Passion for marketing and/or the digital world
  • Smart and data-driven approach to work
  • Client-facing experience
  • Hands-on experience of executing paid search campaigns
  • B2C experience would be nice to have
