Job Description

The Senior Manager, Business Development, Korea will be responsible in developing and executing strategic licensing program for new and existing clients. Responsibilities include researching product categories, pitching prospects, negotiating deal terms/contracts, and financial reporting program results. Manage and monitor brand business objectives and sales budgets and proactively identify growth opportunities and retail-specific initiatives. Through effective planning and budgeting, a brand developer will strive to achieve quarterly/annual revenue targets.

Skills And Requirements

  • Possesses a strong understanding of the fashion and lifestyle retail landscape in Korea.

  • Passion for building and maintaining relationships.

  • Has a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or comparable work experience.

  • Possesses a strong understanding of how licensing product deals are identified and negotiated.

  • A business builder that can plan and execute with strong analytical abilities and translate insights into strategic and tactical plans.

  • Exhibits excellent attention to detail, is organized, and has a bias for action.
