The Role
This individual will work as an Assistant in the Brand Consulting department specifically focused on Experiential Marketing for corporate clients. In this role, they will be responsible for providing administrative support for the Experiential Team as well as day-to-day responsibilities in support of existing Brand Consulting clients and new business efforts.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support including expense reports, coordinating meetings, correspondence & special projects as needed
- Assist in development & management of timelines, run of show, budgets & premiums tracking, etc. including compiling materials for weekly reports, activation decks, post-event recaps, case studies, required client follow-ups and status documents/project plans
- Support brand client experiential projects from start to finish (briefing to execution)
- Work with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure consistent & comprehensive communication
- Participate in development of initial concepts, brainstorms & act as liaison/traffic manager during creative approval process
- Ensure all agency protocols are being followed including vendor agreements, accounting processes, recaps, etc.
- On-site event logistics support such as inventory maintenance, premium procurement, brand ambassador manual development & training, etc.
- Actively participate and help drive brainstorm sessions for RFPs, new client activations including writing and/or formatting decks
- Lead the planning of Brand Consulting-wide events and bonding activities
- Utilize agency resources appropriately and efficiently
- Demonstrate highest level of critical thinking with focus on proactiveness and attention to detail
Qualifications
- General understanding of current brand consulting & experiential marketing industry
- Experience or demonstrated interest in marketing and specific work experience at an experiential agency or event production preferred
- Demonstrates highest level of critical thinking with focus on proactiveness and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Team oriented, able to pivot and take on new tasks quickly
- Knowledge in working with detailed budgets
- Polished written and verbal skills. Strong at communicating in written format through well-crafted email correspondence
- Curious; energetic able to pull insights and present research to their direct report
- Ability to listen and ask poignant questions
- Interested in entertainment and pop culture- follows trends, watches sports, awards shows, reads blogs, etc.
- Willingness to work early mornings or late nights to accommodate international clients and special projects
- Must be able to move boxes in a variety of settings (e.g. on-site, office, etc.)
- Ability to build trust through relationship building, confidence and business acumen
- This position requires travel up to 10% of the time.

Compensation
The base hourly rate for this position is $22.00 per hour. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus. Ultimately, wages may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
