Capco is looking for hardworking, innovative and creative people to join our Data Analyst Team.We are looking for Data Analyst to work on all aspects of project delivery engaging a complex stakeholder groups across multiple global regions / product lines to execute global change programs in the Investment Banking domain. This includes business analysis, requirements gathering and documentation, driving technical design and specifications in partnership with IT, functional test strategizing and execution, and user acceptance testing coordination. Must possess strong relationship management skills and be able to manage requirements and testing across Ops and IT teams both cross-division and globally. Role is focused on projects to support the development of regulatory/industry driven changes.

Role Description

1 Degree level education preferably with a professional qualification and with substantial experience (ideally 5-10 years+) in a markets business or related industries either within HSBC or with a relevant market competitor.

2 Experience across the scope of Treasury activity; trading desk activity, reporting and controls, cash management, funding, liquidity, interest rate risk management.

3 In-depth experience of prudential and conduct regulatory frameworks and requirements applicable to Markets and Treasury activity

4 Strong experience of overseeing and driving multiple significant change programmes via a business-led model, as part of a diversified change portfolio

5 Good experience of working with functional areas (IT, Finance/PC, Risk, Operations, Compliance, Audit) in a regulatory change, business management or transformation role

6 Understanding of broader treasury operations and banking issues – Liquidity, funding, structural, IRRBB, transfer pricing, capital

7 Proven experience and ability in resolving complex issues through leadership, influence and negotiation.

8 Excellent communication and inter-personal skills; strong track record in engaging, challenging and influencing business performance in a large global bank or the financial industry.

9 Clear communicator of complex issues across a wide range of diverse stakeholders - across geography, discipline and the governance chain.

10 Strategic thinker with strong analytical and project management skills – able to drive change."
