Role Description

• Validating application logic according to AML, KYC, NLS, TF, TM requirements
• Validating data sources, transformation logic, and checking data presence in target tables
• Validating data lineage, data completeness and data timeliness
• Develop and implement compliance testing plans and procedures
• Conduct regular and ad-hoc compliance tests to assess the effectiveness of controls and adherence to regulatory requirements
• Evaluate bank's / financial institution’s compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations

Skills and Expertise

• Understanding of topics such as Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Anti-Financial Crime (AFC), Know Your Customer (KYC), Name List Screening (NLS), Transaction Filtering (TF), Transaction Monitoring (TM)
• Experience in creating test strategy, test plan, test cases
• Experience in test case execution and documenting the results
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage
