ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with experience in credit and lending to join our team and support the global deployment of WCL (Wholesale Credit & Lending) initiatives. This role is essential for assessing the impact of change on our credit risk and lending operating models. As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with Product Owners and Delivery Teams, working across geographies and time zones to ensure that business needs and risk compliance are met as we roll out these initiatives worldwide.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with Product Owners to understand change requirements and assess impact on the operating model for credit and lending processes.
  • Work closely with Delivery Teams to translate business requirements into actionable tasks and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and document detailed requirements.
  • Provide end-to-end support on global deployments of WCL initiatives, ensuring timely and effective adoption across regions.
  • Develop and deliver clear, concise documentation including change impact assessments, requirements, and operating model changes.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers and Market Change Leads on deployment activities, aligning goals to execute successful rollouts.

KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within credit and lending, particularly in a large, global setting.
  • Strong understanding of credit risk, lending, and credit risk operating models. Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.
  • Ability to work closely with diverse teams across regions, including Product Owners, Delivery Teams, and Market Change Leads.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate requirements, process changes, and impact assessments.
  • Proven experience in supporting project delivery across complex operational structures, ideally with exposure to regulatory and risk-based projects.
