ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead the global deployment of key Wholesale Credit & Lending (WCL) initiatives. The role will focus on executing project plans that drive the deployment and adoption of WCL solutions across different geographies, managing timelines, risks, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives in the credit risk domain.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with Market Change Leads to develop and implement project plans for WCL initiatives, ensuring deployment is consistent with strategic goals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align on project goals, timelines, and change requirements.
- Identify project risks and devise mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress and resolve issues promptly to maintain project timelines and quality.
- Support adoption activities by preparing and implementing change management strategies, ensuring smooth integration and operation within existing credit risk structures.
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, and regular updates for stakeholders to ensure transparency on project progress and any changes in scope or timelines.
KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in credit and lending, with a strong background in delivering global or regional projects.
- Solid understanding of credit risk, lending, and change management in financial services.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, with the ability to devise detailed project plans and monitor execution across multiple time zones.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with global teams, Market Change Leads, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to managing risks and project changes.
