ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Mid-Level Business Analyst to support a key initiative within a global financial services organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid IT background combined with a strong business profile, preferably within banking or corporate investment banking (CIB).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify potential risks related to project changes and proactively communicate them to stakeholders.
  • Manage resistance to change across global functions, business units, and workstreams.
  • Facilitate training sessions to ensure teams are well-prepared for new processes and technologies.
  • Monitor project progress, gather feedback, and ensure successful change adoption.
  • Collaborate with various teams to assess change impact and develop comprehensive communication plans.
  • Lead coordination efforts between multiple workstreams and business units to drive seamless implementation.
  • Develop and distribute key communications related to change management initiatives.
  • Track performance against defined benchmarks and provide regular reports.
  • Engage directly with application owners to assess external-facing domains and security requirements.
  • Capture assessment details in an audit template and prepare program-level reporting.
  • Collaborate with business units and technical teams to onboard applications and domains to security solutions.

KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong business analysis skills with experience in IT projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder management abilities, particularly at a mid-to-large scale.
  • Strong attention to detail and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with global teams and handling cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while aligning with team objectives.
  • Prior experience in banking or financial services (preferred but not mandatory).
