MAKE AN IMPACT

Job Title :Functional QA Lead

Hands on exposure to Retail Banking or BFSI domains on any of the modules

80% of the time on this role will be spent on actual execution/testcase creation/reviews. 30% will be for managing activities.

Should be playing the role of Lead in his/her current role. (Note: In current role will not have people responsibilities)

Manage all the day to day testing activities and deliverables.

Hands on experience in API Testing

Expert in Manual testing and Automation testing using Selenium or UI Path.

Expert knowledge in Test environments, infrastructure.

Ability to lead the Defect triage meetings, SCRUM meetings, work with various stake holders on the testing aspects

Ability to develop test strategy documents, plans, roadmaps

Hands on experience in creating various metrics, JIRA boards etc..

Ability to troubleshoot issues faced by the QA team and provide resolutions or work with other teams to get it resolved.

Team player, should be able to mentor junior resources and guide them on day to day activities.

Work effective with QA manager, executive management on various aspects related to testing and product.
