ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Senior Consultant | Digital Project Manager to lead and deliver transformative digital initiatives for top-tier financial institutions. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in mobile app development, automation, platform enhancement, and stakeholder engagement.
You will be responsible for managing end-to-end digital projects, driving innovation, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple workstreams. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to shape solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive digital transformation projects, including mobile app development, platform upgrades, and automation initiatives
- Manage project lifecycle from initiation to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Collaborate with clients to define requirements, scope, and success metrics
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and QA teams to deliver seamless digital experiences
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across business and technology functions
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in digital delivery
- Contribute to the growth of Capco’s Digital Practice through thought leadership and mentoring
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager or similar role in financial services or consulting
- Strong understanding of mobile app development lifecycle, automation tools, and platform enhancement strategies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams
- Experience in Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with digital technologies, user experience principles, and emerging trends
- Consulting experience and a client-centric mindset
