THE BIG PICTURE
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to assist the User Migration Lead in transitioning users from the current data analytics platform (GRADE) to a new data platform. This role requires a strong technical foundation, analytical thinking, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support during the user migration process
- Collaborate with the User Migration Lead and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transition
- Document user journeys, current and future state processes, and visualize changes
- Troubleshoot issues related to data access, platform tooling, and user setup
- Contribute to risk tracking and progress reporting
Requirements:
- Good understanding of data analytics platforms or similar experience in banking application transitions
- Knowledge of data tooling: Python, SQL, data virtualization tools, databases
- Strong business analysis skills: documentation, visualization, process mapping
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Visio, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global teams
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in managing tasks or individuals is a plus
- Fluent English
