THE BIG PICTURE

We are looking for a User Migration Business Analyst / Support Specialist to assist in the migration of users from our current data analytics platform (GRADE) to a new data platform. This role combines business analysis, documentation, and coordination, and is ideal for someone with experience in change projects within banking or financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the User Migration Lead in executing the migration strategy
  • Document user journeys, current and future state processes, and visualize changes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transition
  • Identify and resolve issues during migration with a problem-solving mindset
  • Maintain clear and structured documentation, including risk logs and progress tracking

Requirements:

  • Experience in business analysis, ideally in banking or data platform environments
  • Strong BA skillset: process documentation, visualization, user journey mapping
  • Good understanding of data analytics platforms or similar change initiatives
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Visio, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong skills in SQL, Python, and Spark
  • Familiarity with Unix and Big Data environments (HDFS)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tasks independently
  • Fluent English
