🔍 Role Overview

We are looking to onboard experienced Business Analysts to support key regulatory and risk initiatives. The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in driving change across complex programmes, ensuring alignment with the Bank’s strategic goals and regulatory obligations.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with delivery teams and subject matter experts to gather, refine, and prioritize business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications in collaboration with IT teams.
  • Analyse complex data sets to extract insights and support decision-making.
  • Oversee implementation activities with a focus on accelerating benefits and minimizing risks.
  • Ensure programme delivery aligns with the Bank’s Change Framework and governance standards.

🤝 Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to influence and drive change.
  • Champion governance and ensure end-to-end delivery of initiatives.
  • Identify gaps and support the transition to target operating models.
  • Develop roadmaps for process, workflow, and control enhancements.
  • Act as a liaison between product, technology, and business teams.
  • Lead change management activities, including readiness assessments and adoption tracking.

🛠️ Skills & Experience

  • Solid understanding of change delivery lifecycles and methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile).
  • Proven experience in business analysis and customer-centric digital product delivery.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, Confluence, and Jira.
