The Role
We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Technology & Engineering team in Toronto. You’ll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business goals and technical execution — translating complex requirements into actionable stories and working closely with architects, developers, and QA teams to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
What You’ll Do

Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria

Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA to clarify and elaborate requirements

Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies
-
Support forward planning to ensure delivery readiness and prioritisation
-
Ensure clear communication between business stakeholders and technical teams
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Business Analyst within agile delivery teams
-
Strong communication and documentation skills to articulate business needs effectively

Understanding of software development processes and system architecture principles
-
Experience in stakeholder management and requirements elicitation
-
A proactive, analytical, and solutions-oriented mindset

Experience in financial services or consulting environments

Exposure to digital transformation or enterprise-level projects

Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)

Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools
