Business Analyst/Afternoon shift
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team responsible for migrating our existing trading platform to a new, modern solution. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined, documented, and implemented effectively throughout the migration process.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Collaborate with traders, operations, risk, compliance, and IT teams to capture functional and non-functional requirements.
- Analyze current platform capabilities and identify gaps for the new solution.

Documentation & Communication
- Prepare detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, and process flows.
- Maintain clear communication between business and technical teams.

Migration Planning & Execution
- Support data mapping, migration strategies, and validation processes.
- Assist in defining test cases and participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing).

Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for business queries related to the migration.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on project goals.

Risk & Compliance
- Ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements are addressed in the new platform.
- Identify potential risks in migration and propose mitigation strategies.
