ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support a large-scale change initiative within securities services. In this role, you will analyse end-to-end processes, assess operational impacts, and ensure readiness across key custody, settlement, and asset servicing workflows. You will partner closely with operations, technology, and project teams to translate requirements, validate solutions, and help deliver a smooth and controlled implementation.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute operational readiness activities including runbooks, standard operating procedures, controls, exception workflows, and Day 1/Day 2 preparation
  • Perform hands-on testing support across functional, regression, UAT, and operational scenario cycles
  • Create and execute test cases, scenarios, and test data, including defect logging and retesting
  • Analyse changes across custody, settlements, asset servicing, and transaction management workflows
  • Review operational impacts related to FX dependencies, liquidity, client funding requirements, and market cut-offs
  • Produce clear operational documentation, support training preparation, and ensure user readiness
  • Work with cross-functional teams to confirm business impacts, process changes, and stability requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in securities services, custody operations, settlements, or asset servicing
  • Hands-on delivery in operational readiness and/or testing execution
  • Strong understanding of settlement flows, transaction management processes, and corporate action/income events
  • Ability to analyse dependencies across FX, liquidity, and funding
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality documentation
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced change environments with multiple stakeholders

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with T+1/T+0 readiness, operational resilience work, or market infrastructure change
  • Knowledge of global custody networks, pre-matching, fails management, or penalty regimes
  • Exposure to workflow redesign, controls uplift, or operational risk assessments
  • Consulting background or prior involvement in complex change programmes
  • Track record of managing stakeholders and supporting sustainable transformation

We offer a flexible collaboration model based on a B2B contract, with the opportunity to work on diverse projects
