THINGS YOU WILL DO
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and data modeling techniques (including Hadoop environments).
- Validate data, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure accuracy in all reporting.
- Translate business problems into analytical approaches and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain KPIs, financial metrics, and operational reports.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality analytical outputs.
- Manage multiple priorities independently with minimal supervision.
- Present insights through clear storytelling tailored to business stakeholders.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
- Min. 4-6 years of experience as a Data Analyst
- Strong SQL skills and experience with big data tools.
- Proficiency in Python for analysis, automation, and data transformation.
- Solid understanding of statistics and data validation.
- Ability to connect data insights with business context and decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
