In this edition we're offering two career paths, see which one will fits you better:

1. Capital Markets Technology Analyst – Front Office Track (Murex FO/MLC) (She/ He/ They)

You Are:
A moderately experienced individual with initial exposure to Capital Markets, investment funds, trade lifecycle, or trading support, who wants to transition into Front-Office–focused Murex consulting.

What You Will Do:

  • Support FO-related processes: trade capture, pricing, booking, validation
  • Learn and work with Murex Front Office and Simulation workflows
  • Analyze pricing parameters, market data, curves, and valuation components
  • Participate in Murex FO configuration, testing, and product onboarding
  • Collaborate with traders, quants, and FO support teams
  • Support end-to-end trade lifecycle analysis for multiple asset classes (FX, Rates, Credit, EQD)

What You Bring:

  • 1-2 years in Capital Markets operations, trading support, middle office, or investment funds
  • Understanding of FO concepts: pricing, market data, P&L, Greeks (nice to have)
  • Familiarity with derivatives or structured products - a strong plus
  • Technical curiosity (SQL / Excel / XML a bonus)

2. Murex Risk Analyst (She/ He/ They)

You are:
An individual with experience in one of the following: Market Risk, Risk reporting, treasury risk, P&L, or Product Control and you want to specialize in the risk-related Murex modules (like Murex Limit Controller – MLC, Market Risk Box – MRB, Murex Risk Aggregator – MRA ).

What You Will Do:

  • Work with market data, curves, simulation, scenario analysis, valuation of financial instruments
  • Participate in risk transformation projects for Tier 1 banks
  • Analyze market risk metrics: sensitivities, VaR, stress, exposures
  • Support configuration of limits, monitoring rules, thresholds, alerts
  • Map risk processes to Murex workflows (FO → Risk → Finance)
  • Assist in regulatory risk reporting processes
  • Work with the Murex MLC module covering exposure monitoring and limits

What You Bring:

  • 1–2 years in Market Risk, Product Control, Product Valuation, Regulatory Risk, or Risk Operations
  • Understanding of risk metrics (Delta, Vega, PV01, CS01, VaR, EPE)
  • Exposure to risk data, risk controls, or risk systems
  • Advantage: SQL, XML, or prior exposure to risk platforms (Murex, Calypso, Kondor)
