ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
We are currently seeking Data & Analytics Consultants to support and drive the growth of our Data practice. This is an exciting opportunity to be a leader, in a growing team of data practitioners, where you will be initiating and implementing cutting-edge data & analytics programmes for top-tier Financial Services clients.
As a Data Consultant, you will be involved in developing the HK Data Practice capabilities and the broader Global Data Practice to supporting topics such as Cloud, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver data analysis and analytics solutions, supporting end‑to‑end delivery from problem definition to insight generation and recommendations.
- Translate business requirements into analytical questions, data models, and reporting solutions.
- Perform data extraction, validation, analysis, and interpretation using data from multiple internal and external sources.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualisations to support data‑driven decision‑making.
- Communicate insights clearly to clients and stakeholders
- Manage multiple workstreams and priorities in a fast‑paced, client‑facing consulting environment.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, analytics assets, and capability development within the Data Practice.
SKILLS & EXPERTISE
- At least 3 years working in Consulting or Financial Services environments
- Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics consulting
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and SQL; experience with Python or R is desirable.
- Solid understanding of data & analytics concepts, including data models, data quality, reporting, and insight generation.
- Adapting to changing requirements and tight deadlines.
- Exposure to cloud‑based data platforms and interest in advanced analytics, AI, or machine learning initiatives is desirable.
- Collaborative, proactive team player with a strong interest in developing a career in data and analytics consulting.
