The Role
As an IT Strategy Consultant at Capco, you will help financial services organizations define and deliver technology strategies that support long-term business transformation. You’ll work closely with clients to align technology capabilities with business priorities, drive strategic change initiatives, and enable modern, scalable digital platforms. This role combines strategic thinking, stakeholder collaboration, and practical delivery to create meaningful impact for leading financial institutions.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and deliver IT and digital transformation strategies for financial services clients
- Assess current technology landscapes and define target operating models and roadmaps
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business objectives
- Support large-scale transformation programmes, including cloud, data, and platform modernisation
- Produce strategic recommendations, business cases, and executive-level presentations
- Experience delivering technology strategy, IT transformation, or digital consulting initiatives
- Understanding of enterprise architecture, technology operating models, or IT governance
- Experience working in or consulting for financial services organisations
- Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear strategic recommendations
