For our client, we are looking for an experienced Intune / Endpoint Management Consultant to own and industrialize device management best practices across mobile and endpoint platforms. The role focuses on delivering secure, compliant, and scalable device lifecycle management in a regulated environment, with strong emphasis on identity integration and auditability.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze organizational needs and security requirements; design and implement an Intune-based MDM operating model and governance.
• Configure and manage iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS devices, including enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and device restrictions.
• Integrate Microsoft Intune with Azure AD / Entra ID, including identity management, Conditional Access patterns, and compliance-driven access controls.
• Define the application deployment model (store apps / LOB apps), App Protection Policies, and secure access patterns for mobile productivity scenarios.
• Produce operational documentation, end-user instructions, and deliver enablement sessions for IT and business users.
• Establish monitoring, reporting, and remediation routines (non-compliance handling, jailbreak/root detection, device health monitoring).
  
  

Required Experience & Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager in enterprise-scale environments.
• Strong Windows and mobile device management fundamentals.
• Practical knowledge of SCCM / ConfigMgr, Active Directory / GPO, application packaging and patching concepts, and PowerShell automation.
• Experience with Windows Autopilot and modern provisioning approaches (preferred, realistic for the Polish market).
  
  

Nice to Have

• Microsoft certifications (e.g. MD-102 or equivalent).
• Experience with Defender for Endpoint integration.
• Knowledge of certificate-based authentication patterns and Microsoft Graph API automation.
