Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented UAT Analyst to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for a digital banking platform. This role is responsible for executing test cases, validating system functionality, and ensuring that customer journeys, transactions, and operational processes perform as expected.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and understand assigned test cases, business rules, and expected outcomes
  • Prepare and manage test data aligned with testing requirements
  • Perform pre-execution checks (e.g., system access, user roles, environment readiness)
  • Execute UAT scenarios and test cases accurately within defined timelines
  • Validate system behavior across channels, workflows, and backend processes, and document results clearly
  • Log and track defects with complete supporting details (steps, evidence, screenshots, environment)
  • Re-test resolved defects following deployment to UAT
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UAT analysts, test leads, IT teams, and vendors) during defect triage
  • Maintain and update daily test execution progress in tracking tools
  • Escalate issues such as blockers, unclear functionality, or environment constraints in a timely manner
  • Participate in daily stand-ups and defect review meetings

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in software testing or User Acceptance Testing
  • Exposure to banking operations or digital channels is an advantage
  • Basic understanding of system workflows and transaction processing
  • Ability to follow structured test scripts and document results accurately
  • Familiarity with defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps) is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with a methodical and disciplined approach
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Thai and English (intermediate level or above) for communication and documentation
